Frequently Asked Questions Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that i've received since the opening of my blogshop. Q: Do you supply? A: Yes, i do. You can either mail me at stud-isc@hotmail.com, or leave a tag on my enquiries tagboard with your email address, asking for supply rates. Q: Can you give me discounts? Please. A: No. I'm really sorry about that. If you're unhappy with my price, feel free to purchase elsewhere. I believe my prices, are, if not the cheapest, one of the cheapest in Singapore. Q: Are your items preorder? A: Yes, they are. But they wouldn't take long to arrive. (: Q: Can i pay and collect at the same time? A: No, that's not possible. As the items i'm selling are all preorder, i'll have to pay my supplier before she'll ship the items out. If you don't pay me, where do i find the money to pay my supplier? Q: How long does it take for your items to arrive? A: For Idols Merchandise, 3 days after my supplier ships the items out. And for Idols Accessories, 5 days after my supplier ships the items out. So give it about a week after i send in my orders. The above statement is an average guideline. Stocks should arrive within the time stated above. But please do understand, there might be bad weathers (snow, hails, strong wind, thunderstorms etc.) that might cause a delay in the arrival of items. You don't expect pilots to drive the airplane, courier men to deliver parcels in bad weathers, do you? Q: Can i meetup for payment? A: Yes, you can. But only at Serangoon and Kovan, at my preferred timeslots. Q: Where do you do meetups? A: Kovan and Serangoon during normal school days, Kovan, Serangoon and Paya Lebar during school holidays. For those who cannot make it at these venues, but would still like meetup for collection, i'll arrange the timing and venue with you separately, after your items arrives. (: But that is, if i'm passing by that place. Q: What happens if your supplier goes MIA? A: I assure you, they won't! And if they really do, i'll order the items for you again, from elsewhere. So you'll definitely get your items. (: Q: What if our items goes missing during shipping from your supplier's place, to yours? A: I'll order them for you again. ^^ Q: Have my items arrived yet? A: Please check the status of your items here. Q: Have you posted out my items yet? A: For people opting for normal postage, i would post your items out the next immediate day. And for those opting for Registered Postage, i would post your items out within 3-5 days. Please understand that registered postage has to be done at Post Offices. And i'm still schooling, just like you, i have tons of homework to complete, a mountain high of items to revise. Q: Why don't i see DBSK and Super Junior's Accessories? A: Because i'm lazy! ><. DBSK have been in the music industry for quite some time. Thus, they have ALOT of accessories. I really mean ALOT. And as for Super Junior...there are like, 13 members. Uploading the merchandise itself almost killed me...but i promise you guys, i'll upload their accessories during the June/December Holidays next year (2011). Sorry! >< Because basically, i take about almost two hours to upload 20 accessories. Yes, i'm serious. Q: I'm an overseas buyer, how do i purchase your items? A: Payment-You'll have to either find a way to post to my POSB Account (Western Union), or send the money (already converted to SGD) to me through post (concealed cash). But please do take note that there'll be handling fees for the use of Western Union. If i'm not wrong, in Singapore, it's SGD20 per transaction. Please enquire about the handling fees from your country's Western Union site. Western Union's website. Concealed cash would be the sending of money through mail. This might not be 101% safe, but it's a cheaper alternative. I'm not sure if your country offers registered postage or not. But if it does, i'll strongly encourage registered postage. I do not offer Paypal as a mode of payment. Reason? I'm under 18, and check this out, seriously. Collection-Collection would only be by postage. You can check out the rates here. As seen from the webpage, an additional SGD$2.20 would be required for registered postage. I would strongly recommend registered postage as you'll be able to track the status of your items. ^^ Also, i would like to seek your kind understanding that as there's only one person managing this blogshop. and thought I'll try my very best to answer all of your questions as quickly as possible, and as patiently as possible. But, sometimes, i might lose patience and sound abit...unfriendly. ): If i ever do, please pardon me. I don't mean it, really. :\ You can do me a great favour by trying not to spam emails/smses at me just because you don't get a reply in one hour. Spamming emails/smses would not make me reply your emails/smses faster. 2-3 smses/emails is fine. But not five over smses/emails at one go...also, please, for those with many questions boggling their mind, try to collate your questions into one email, and ask all/most of them at once.
